‘My prophetess wants me to marry her’ (2)

We conclude Victor Kenneth and Prophetess Happiness’ story started last week. The duo were dating secretly but after a while, they couldn’t pretend about it any longer.
“When it became obvious that my relationship with the prophetess was becoming amorous, mouths started wagging in the church. Some brothers, especially the old faithful who wanted to come closer to her but she didn’t accept them went to town with the story. They called me all sorts of names but I never cared because the lady is a great beauty. Though she already had five children, she was so pretty you wouldn’t be ashamed to hang out with her. Her shape and waistline were still intact. Somehow, I was beginning to fall in love with her as well as seeing her as my future wife. I was enjoying myself and was happy with her. Just as she was called Happiness, she was a source of happiness to me. She made sure I never lacked money.

If my hubby says I should quit acting, I would oblige him, after all he is my husband

Bridget Abiodun Chigbufue is an actress, TV presenter and voice over artiste. This University of Benin graduate, who has featured in many movies, began stage acting while in primary school. She tells ADAEZE AMOS in this interview about her growing up, challenges and life as an actress, among others.

‘I use beauty shows to empower younger women’

Affable Lady Juliet Geoffrey-Porbeni is the managing director 2Side Modelling Concepts and the founder of Miss Green And White Nigeria, a company that organises the popular ‘Miss Green And White Nigeria Beauty Pageant’.
According to this ex-beauty queen, she is determined to use the platform she knows well to empower younger women by giving them a chance in the beauty world.

Precious Mary Akaba: ‘I killed a rat and ate it’

This naughtiest thing I did may sound disgusting or repulsive to some people, especially those who have not eaten a rat meat before. I choose to call it rat meat because that is how best I can describe it. I know that the pig meat is called pork, cow is beef and cock is chicken.
It happened one evening when I stepped into my kitchen to cook. When I opened my cupboard about to bring out my pot, I noticed that something moved suddenly. When I looked very well, it was a rat. A very gigantic one for that matter.

‘My style is unusual’

Kingsley Okechukwu Anaroke is the Chief Executive of Kings Communications Limited, a public relation firm that is into publishing and consultancy, especially in maritime management. In this interview with ADAEZE AMOS, he speaks about his lifestyle, dress sense and what puts him off people.
 Tell us about your style.
My style is unusual in the sense that my dressing is directed by my thoughts and the occasion. Most times, my style is not complete without my wife commending it. Hence, the way I dress is the way my wife wants me to appear. On Fridays when I want to dress low, I may opt for jeans and top. My wife plans most of what I wear, she gives them to good tailors who design them perfectly. But suits are what I buy myself and sometimes she buys for me too.
