Our models' dress sense should project our culture positively

Which other major way should Nigerian beauty queens project our culture  positively if not from what they slip into?  Yes, from what they wear. Let them fly the flag of Nigerian cultures/traditions by opting for well tailored African prints dresses.
Delectable Siaka Nimat can’t be caught spotting English dress. She is always seen in Nigerian prints dresses especially when she is off for important functions.
It is high time our beauty queens and reputable Nigerian models began to sell our cultures outside the country by slipping into dresses made from home made fabrics or what do you think?

Queen Siaka Nimat, the ever busy Miss Curvy Nigeria, Tourism, recently paid a courtesy call to the Oni of Ife,  Oba Adeyeye Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi. She was well dressed in Nigerian fabric that is well tailored. Guess what? She was impressed the way she was received by His Royal Highness. “He was nice and highly receptive. According to the tradition, I can’t sit with the king, I can only kneel down in front of him to talk.  And that was exactly what I did. He commended my decent and cute dressing and comportment. We discussed on how we can work together on tourism," she enthused.

Life has taught me to be myself no matter the situation-Abolanle Ruquryah Abdulsalam, actress

‘I love photography 'cos' pictures speak volumes’
Abolanle Ruquryah Abdulsalam is cute and can’t be caught shabbily dressed.  She hails from Ado Town in Ekiti state. Third in the family of eight, this damsel had both her primary and secondary education in Ado. She had her university education in Lagos State University where she studied History And International Relations. She told ADAEZE AMOS in this chat why she left the English sphere of Nollywood for Yoruba movies
What do you have passion for in life?
I have always loved to talk and defend people since my childhood. I hate cheating, I love to speak for the voiceless. Little wonder I intended to  study Law but my mother wasn't in support of that and you know what it means in Yoruba land when your parent is not in support of what you are doing or intend to do. She didn't change her mind for reasons best known to her till she passed on in 2002. May her soul rest in peace. It was after her death that I decided to go for acting.
