She hails from Umuahia in Abia state, was born in Enugu but was raised in Abeaokuta in Ogun state. Little wonder she speaks Yoruba language fluently. Welcome to the world of Queen Onakala whose stage name is spelt as Kween. In this interview with ADAEZE AMOS, the Jebele-Jebele crooner unveils her style, musical career and her life as a mother/ wife and her efforts to make heaven at the end of her sojourn   on earth

Amina Atairu, actress.
Amina Atiru  hails from Owan East Local Government in Edo state. She was born in Maiduguri, Borno state. Hence she speaks Hausa very fleuntly. She studied Law at the University of Benin. An actress, a model, a TV presenter and a media consultant, Atairu started acting professionally in 2008. She has featured in so many movies and TV series. She also ventured into broadcasting and worked with DBN Television as their entertainment presenter. She told ADAEZE AMOS in this interview who she would love to be paired with to interpret  romance role.

Excerpts:

What are some of the movies you have featured in?
My first movie was 100 days in the Jungle by Chico Ejiro, Lust for Money directed by Charles Inojie, The Unwritten by Dip Pictures entertainment and few more. Then for TV series they are Spider by Apreel Ventures, Disclosure in Lekki Wives by Blessing Effiom Egbe, the smoke by Omotola Jalade, Treasures by Chico Ejiro. I also ventured into broadcasting. Worked with DBN Televison as their entertainment presenter then. Also in NN24 I was  weather anchor (weather girl). So, for two years, I was broadcasting  and now back fully into movies.

Some three or four years ago when  cleavage flaunting trends was really hot amongst fashionistas, booby Nollywood queen  Ifeoma Okeke,  who started acting since 1998 was proud to say her cleavage was  part of her body she flaunted not giving a damn whose ox was gored.
 After a while when it looked like every lady was flaunting her cleavage, she stopped and started flaunting her hip. But now according to her, she is more matured and has stopped faunting those parts of her body. Simply put, she no longer flaunts neither cleavage nor her hip because she doesn't consider them a big deal.  “(Smiles) Oh no, not my boobs nor my hip anymore but I now flaunt my face. My face is my signature,” she nodded.

She was recently seen at one of the glamorous events in Lagos. And indeed she was glowing in her simple white dress. Guess who she is? Bhari McWizu, a Nollywood diva and an AMBO  3 winner. She was indeed glowing.  “ Yea, thank you very much. I am trying to rest well, do what I love to do and have my time because when you are working, you hardly have time for yourself. I try to find time to rest and be in touch with myself,” she giggled.

Or better still the Iya Oge of Lagos, and she is at home with that because that is her title and the patron of Fashion designers Association of Nigeria. Chief (Dr) Opral Mason Benson is the Chairperson of Johnson products of Nigeria Limited. She started the Chic Afrique Beauty Company in 1980 and the Opral Benson Beauty Training Institute in 1985 when she clocked 50. She pioneered the holding of trade fairs exclusively for the cosmetics and fashion industries. This amiable woman of style told ADAEZE AMOS in this interview that nudity is very rampant now amongst younger women unlike what was obtainable in her own time as a young lady.

Grace Ama is one of the four children of Chief Ogbonnaya Azu Ama and a Nollywood actress. If my fans admire what I do and appreciate me with good sense of humour and commentary, I appreciate them too and it is an encouragement to continue to do more in the industry.

Well, the Anambra state born, second born in the family of six, who started playing flute when she was barely 15 is ready to commence her music/flute training tips every Saturday on Ebele (The Flutist) Fan Page Facebook. So, don’t be left out. The song writer, singer,  composer and instrumentalist says everything is possible with practice.
But what really gingered this lady (who sees her musical style as contemporary African jazz) into having this kind of special offer for  both young girls and adults you may ask. SA Rapper Flabba Stabbed To Death By Surppossed Girlfriend.

Flabba, 38, was stabbed to death at his family home in Alexandra later on Sunday, March 8, 2015, according to reports.
Rapper, Group member and close friend Siyabonga “Slikour” Metane confirmed the death to eNCA, “I just got a call from his family. I will be on my way to his family’s home."
Also confirming his death, the South African Police Service Twitter handle wrote: "Musician Nkululeko Kgababedi, known as Slaber, residing in Alexandra, was stabbed to death and a woman has been arrested."
The woman who has been taken into custody for questioning by the South African Police Service in the death of the rapper is believed to be Flabba’s girlfriend.

Agust Alsina Is Dead.. RIP..

Barely 22 years old, New York City, NY- Singer August Alsina has passed away earlier this morning after waking up from a three day coma. August Alsina was hospitalized last week following an onstage fall during a concert. Medical experts say that Alsina was dehydrated and suffered a serious drug overdose. He tested positive for a cocktail of narcotics including cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, heroin and MDMA. He also suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of the fall, placing him in a dangerous coma. It has been reported that he also suffered a series of seizures before falling out of consciousness into a coma. 
August Alsina had a promising future that was cut short. He was best known for his hit single, “ I Luv This S***” featuring Trinidad James. His debut studio album was release earlier this past spring. He was also known to “keep it real” in his outrageous on screen outbursts. 
Funeral arrangements have not been made but reliable sources tell us the home going ceremony will take place in Alsina’s hometown New Orleans, LA.
