Founder of The Cookie Jar Bakery and Executive Chef, Tolu Eros hosted World’s richest woman; Folorunsho Alakija in the Miele kitchen at the Miele Breakfast Host.

The chef who is currently on his way to opening Nigeria’s first interactive bakery in Lekki, The Cookie Jar Bakery is also an ambassador of Miele Nigeria; a destination for kitchen products and other home appliances shared the photo on Instagram with the caption:

Entirely prepared by Chef Eros, the menu had Cranberry and Mixed Nut Salad / Sweet Zesty Vinaigrette, Salmon and Caviar Herb Cream Cheese Flat Bread Canapés, Prosciutto and Smoked Cheese Croissant Sandwiches, Crepe and Smoked Cheese Rolls, Muesli/Multigram Prosciutto Sandwiches, Smoked Chicken and Sweet Corn Sandwiches and Petite Crepe Burger.

Cookie Jar, set up by Chef Eros in February 2012 with an initial seed capital of 10,000 Naira; specializes in gourmet cookies, bespoke cookies as well as cookie related products like cup cookies, cookie pops, cookie cake, and a wide range of desserts.
