Did Lindsey Lohan Actually Photoshop Her Waistline In Underwear Selfie?

Lindsay Lohan has been accused by fans of altering her waistline in a new underwear selfie.

The 28-year-old star actress took to Instagram on Saturday to show off her toned figure by sharing a snap of herself clad in a skimpy pair of Calvin Klein underwear.

The image, however, appears to have been Photoshopped, which quickly created a chaos online among her social media followers

Many fans noticed strange alterations in the photo which were  intended to make her waistline appear slimmer. 

But there were obvious signs of foul play, according to some commenters on Instagram, who noticed that some bottles in the background were slanted instead of standing straight.

In the photo, Lindsey is also wearing a fitted white midriff-baring blouse, putting her derriere and 'taut' tummy on full display as she poses in a bathroom. Is this true Lindsey?
